Order Chaos by Peter Crawley
I love this. I’m a big fan of physically producing something rather than working solely through a computer screen. It’s so much more rewarding, especially when working with typography. I think creating the sharp edges, and perfect lines speaks to the perfectionist in me. I’ve never created hand stitched type like this, but it’s something I’m wanting to try now. Great work as always from Peter.

LIKE PAPER by Miriam Aust & Sebastian Amelung
What seems to be folded paper, is made out of slewed concrete. The property of concrete, to precisely display the surface of the utilized formwork, is taken to advantage. As well as wood shapes the facade of bare concrete buildings, in this case paper empathizes with this part. Although the manufacturing follows certain paper paterns, the completed shades develop individuality through own edges, kinks and creases.
